PCM - the scientifically proven tool
The Process Communication Model® was developed by American psychologist Dr. Taibi Kahler. Building on Transactional Analysis, he identified universal patterns of human behavior under stress and, more importantly, what people need in order to realize their full potential.
His research outlines six personality types, which we all possess to varying degrees. Learning to recognize and address them specifically enables effective, situation-appropriate communication in daily life, in teams, and in leadership.
Since 1978, when it was first used by NASA, PCM has been successfully applied worldwide, including by companies such as Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), L’Oréal, Pixar, BMW, and NASA itself. An international network of over 6,000 certified trainers and coaches ensures professional implementation in more than 50 countries.
